Orders are shipped by DHL and delivery times typically range between 3-5 working days after the full receipt of your payment. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code.
The prices of products are expressed in Euros, inclusive of taxes and excluding customs duties. For orders outside of the EU customs duties shall be borne by the Customer.
Returns
We are excited to have welcomed you to the universe of Steven Jay. Of course, if you don’t want to keep one or more items, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Please note that we can only accept items that are in their original condition. Customers are responsible for bearing the cost of return shipments. We are always happy to receive feedback on why you decided not to keep our products.
Returns from within Germany
Create a return label using our return portal. Stick the label onto the outside of the shipping carton. We can only refund items which arrive safely, thus please pack your items as securely as possible.

We can only refund items which arrive safely. It is best to use the original packaging for your return shipment and choose an insured shipping method with tracking.
Conditions of return
After delivery of your package (or acceptance of the package by a neighbor/roommate/branch/packing station) you have 14 days to return your order to us.
We can only refund items that arrive not worn, in their original condition, and undamaged. You are responsible for ensuring that your package is returned safely.
Steven Jay will deduct the return shipping costs from the total customer refund if the return label is created via the returns portal or by the Steven Jay team.
Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund your full purchase amount to your original method of payment, within 10 working days.
